Terms & Conditions

Validity of Quotation

A quotation is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. All services are subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of booking.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Please note that no flight can take place without prior full payment.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to secure the booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card (via secure Stripe link) or bank transfer.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • After booking confirmation: A cancellation fee of 20% of the payment applies.
  • Within 15 days of the scheduled flight: 100% of the payment will apply as a cancellation fee.
  • After helicopter dispatch: If the flight is cancelled after the helicopter has departed from its base, any costs incurred will be charged to the client.
  • During the flight: If the client decides to shorten the flight once airborne, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

Weather Conditions

If weather conditions prevent the flight from taking place, the client may reschedule with HeliAir Marbella at no extra cost. Should the postponement result in unavoidable expenses, these will be charged at cost.

Flight Conditions

  • All flights are subject to weather conditions, air traffic control, and operational considerations.
  • Flight times are approximate and may vary.
  • The operator reserves the right to modify the route or schedule for safety reasons.

Passenger Requirements

  • Passengers must present valid identification (passport, DNI, or national ID card) prior to boarding.
  • A maximum combined passenger weight of 340 kg applies.
  • All passengers must follow crew safety instructions at all times.

Liability & Insurance

Flights are operated in compliance with EASA and Spanish Civil Aviation regulations. All flights are covered by liability insurance in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 785/2004.

Disclaimer & Assumption Of Risk

By replying to the email in which this quotation was attached, the client confirms that they have been informed of the risks inherent in helicopter flights. By accepting this quotation, the client waives the right—for themselves, their beneficiaries, and their heirs—to file any claim against iTell Aviation S.L., its flight personnel, or any other persons involved in the provision of the service, for incidents occurring during or after the flight that may relate to personal circumstances (including but not limited to pregnancy, illness, or pre-existing medical conditions). The client further declares that they do not suffer from any illness or injury that could be aggravated by the flight, and that they are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications (including relaxants, stimulants, or hallucinogenic substances) that could impair safe participation in the flight. iTell Aviation S.L. confirms that the aircraft used for the contracted service is duly insured.  

Cargo Manifest

The number of packages per passenger may be limited due to operational factors such as flight location, temperature, altitude, and weight. Final approval will be made by the operations department once the required information has been received.
